Best place to buy 38 sp. FWC cast bullets

Greetings,
I did my best with the search tool, but did not get a clear answer. I'll ask it here. I'm in the Montreal area, but I am obviously willing to order by mail. I already know about Wolff. I was wondering what are my other options to buy hollow base wadcutters.

Few.

With few exceptions, a cast lead 38 special bullet will do everything that a more expensive and harder to find HBWC will do.
I asked the same question and did extensive research on it and found that cast lead wadd cutters pretty much do the same as hollow base swaged lead.
My pal Rick from RandRbullets@gmail.com is in the Brockville Ontario area now and he casts a goodly number of excellent .38special wadd cutter bullets.
Don't quote me on price but I think he is selling a 1000 for about C$70.00.Tell him the Hatman send you.....

I had trouble opening their price list, but I can see it now. Hollow base WC are much more expensive than normal WC. Can a normal WC be seated flush with the case?
