best place to buy utg quad rail?

I was looking for the utg quad rail and the rimfire sports web site said that they only ship to usa. I was wondering if any one has bought one lately, or if they know of a good retailer. thanks. its for a 10/22

Other then that, Frontier Firearms carries a line of Chinese guards that are not expensive

This is where I got mine.
