What the title says. What do you guys think is the best polymer pistol in 45 ACP? Thinking about getting a GLock but seeing what other good options might be

HK45 - hands down. Better than the USP and FNP45 (owned and sold both). M&P .45 is one I'd like to try, but if you have the cash I think the HK45 is tough to beat..

I have a Ruger P345 and mp45. Love them both. The M&P trigger smooths out pretty quick after being quite gritty to start with

Although I like Glock polymer guns, but as I own and shoot all of them, my favourite polymer pistols to shoot in .45 are:

#1 - H&K Mark 23

#2 - H&K45

#3 - H&K USP .45

Although the MK23 is a LARGE pistol, it is one of the most balanced, accurate and 'coolest' pistols I've ever shot.
As mentioned above, the H&K45 is a very nice pistol to shoot as well.
I know I'll get "Flamed" for saying this, IMO I still prefer the USP over a Glock!
That's my 2 cents.

I really like the HK BUT two things stop me from buying one

-The mag release sucks

-I dont like the safety

I also dont find it shoots that much better the the G21

The best option is the HK45 if you can find/afford one.

Other than that I would go for either the M&P45 or the USP.

I (and many many other people will) agree with this! HK45, M&P45, USP45 are the top 3, and another big chunk of the vote going towards G21SF for most people. Nothing necessarily wrong with saying others (like FNP or XD) but I think the first 4 would probably be top choice for 90%+ of people.

As with any gun though, don't listen solely to the interwebs, go out and shoot them all.
