Check out Prairie Gun Traders, they have a Christmas special on now. You can get one for $219.

Looks like the Rossi is $219 while the NEF is $329.
Personally I'd go with the NEF.

Yes their listed prices are good, but call before you order (on-line), as they are typically out of stock on H&R Handi Rifles, and don't seem to know when/if they will have them in stock in the future.

If Epps lists it - they have it.
