Best recoil pad - Remington 1100

The pad on my new to me Remington 1100 is the original pad, quite brittle and not absorbing much recoil I don't think. I'm considering staying in the Remington line by putting on one of their SuperCell pads ... any good?

Or what suggestions do you all have for the pad that quells recoil the best?

The Rem supercell works well, as does the LimbSaver’s. Was shooting 3” magnum #4’s today with a supercell out of a synthetic stocked 870 and they felt like 2 3/4” #7.5 loads.
