Best reflex for a pistol?

Hey folks, I'm looking to get a good quality reflex sight for a Glock 35, the new one with the modular optic system. I'm brand new to reflex sights, but my concern is mounting a sight to the slide of a snappy handgun.

Does anyone have experience with it? Seems like it would take a ton of shock abuse. I'm looking at the higher end models, no burris crap.

Trijicon RMR or Vortex Razor
Both are very tough! The Razor is cheaper, and it's better designed so you don't have to take the sight off to change the battery, though I think the RMR is just a cut above in ruggedness.

They both have a price tag that reflects this.
