Best rings and bases set up under 150$

Hi I was looking at ring/base set up for a Vanguard sporter 300wsm under 150$.
Any set up that are way better than others.
I was thinking either Talley screw locks or Leupold std 2 pcs.

I hear too many good things about Signature Zee rings

I'm going to get me a set, no ring marks and they hold the scope in tight

I have a set of the Burris rings with the inserts on one of my rifles, and they will go on my next rifle too. I really like how they protect the scope from being marked.

I'm old school and I like the good ol' Redfield Jr or as it's called more often these days, the Leupold Std one piece base. That's a dovetail front and screw adjustable rear base.

The best improvement upon that old system over the years is like what previous posters have said - Burris Signature Rings with the plastic inserts.

I'd try the Talley's but I don't know of a Canadian retailer for them.
