Yeah that's the confusing part. They may have different categories of firearm like in Australia where professional shooters (pest control, etc.) can get access to things the general public can't with their regular permits.

I did. Never shot a course like that in the army. You wouldnt believe the safety staff and pretraining we would make someone do to run a course like that.
