Best RV/Camping rifle/shotgun?

Those tps survival guns are nice, I like the 22,hornet variant
For a general camp/atv gun a short barreled 12 gauge would be my pick with a variety of different ammo for different situations

I use an Remington 870 supermag that has a 12.5" barrel swap and ghost rings. I find it pretty handy. It totally depends on what you are intending on using it for though.

Thompson Submachine Gun, with a drum mag or two. Everyone looks good when holding one and onlookers will definitely be paying attention when you speak.

Model 12 slamfire 18.5" barrel have been packing it for 35 years. It dusted to critically stupid coyotes in camp one time...

Any reliable 12ga shotgun or .44 Mag, 45/70 lever action. Highly recommend having a light on them (and a headlamp for you) for nightime encounters. The applicable ammunition is also crucial. Be aware of firearms regulations in Federal and Provincial Parks.

I use Maverick 88 as a bush gun. Its cheap, works great and has 18.5/28 combos. 28 inch barrel takes chokes so it can be used for hunting too. 2 in one pacage at a decent price. So people say oh, its a chepo Mossberg but I had mine for years and never had any issues with it.

I prefer rifles for their superior loading and extraction compared to a pump 12 gauge.

Plus it can shoot 2.5" .410 shells in a pinch.
