I just thought I'd let you all know that I just picked up my deer sausage and it is awesome.
I had it made up by Meadow Creek Sausage and Meat Ltd (www.meadowcreeksausage.com ), near Claresholm, AB.
I have had their other pork and chicken sausages before and they are unbelievable. They are worth posting about in this forum. Take your DEBONED game meat to them and they will work magic.
