Ive been using my SBE2 with rifled slugs but wanted to upgrade so I just purchased an SBE2 rifled barrel with a leupold scope for it. Has anyone fond which slugs they were having the most success with before I spend a wack of $$ on slugs that don't cooperate will with the sbe2 slug barrel

The Remington Premier Accutips (3", 12ga) worked very well in my friend's SBEII with the same set up.
Reliable 2.5" groups at 100 yards and a decent trajectory.
He took a moose with it this past fall in NF at over 150 yards.
These were the first slugs he tried and he saw no reason to test others. They are dang expensive though.

a bit pricey
I had been mulling it over for a long time - Do I buy a slug barrel for the Benelli or just get a gun with a slug barrel especially since the barrel plus a scope were the price of a second gun. Im hoping the accuracy of the Benelli rifled barrel will make me happy with my decision since I could have purchased a used Browning Gold/silver or even a Beretta for what I paid. I know a semi isnt going to be as accurate as a bolt action but I feel more secure knowing I can get off a 2nd shot quicker if necessary so was willing to trade a bit of accuracy - When I get it to the shooting range I will find out how much accuracy I gave up.
