Best Value Bolt Action? (Romanian trainer m69?)

There seems to be lots of discussion on Marlin 795's being the best value semi auto .22lr (accurate, cheap, reliable).
I'm curious if there's an equivalent bolt action .22lr?
I've seen lots of info on the american forums about the Romanian training rifles M1969 or M69 that are dirt cheap tack drivers, but can't find a peep about them up here!
I'm also looking for suggestions on other bolt actions (since I doubt I'll find one, and am in the market for my first .22)

My suggestion...ZASTAVA Z-5. All steel and wood. Had one in LR and now have one in WMR. accurate, classic, deep shiny blue, mine has a superb piece of walnut and had it shipped to my door for 305$!!! IMHO highest value these days.

In cheap bolt actions, I like the marlin xt22 rifles. A lot of rifle for the money.

Savage MkII or Marlin Xt22. Basically the same design but wouldn't you prefer the one made here?
