Best & Worst lowers

Can someone give me a quick rundown of lowers from best to worst.

I'm thinking of starting with a lower (complete) and adding on the upper as funds permit, but I am confused as to quality/brand.

I have see RRA, Bushmaster, TI, Armalite, Colt, LMT (too pricey though) and maybe a couple others.

you cant go wrong with Stag for the money your getting a great quality lower, I'd peg RRA to be about the same quality, but its a little more money, as someone has already mentioned AE has stag in stock at just over 200... Plus Walter is a great guy to deal with and will bend over backwards for ya....

Realistically Colt, S&W, Bush, Armalite etc. etc. will all be in that same category it just comes down availability and personal preferance...

X2 at Arms East, great place to deal, and Walter always seems to take the time to explain things, helped me out alot.

I have a RRA and a Stag lower. I am quite happy with both of them. I do not see any problems with fit or finish on either of them. They both lock up nice and tight with the uppers I put on them. I don't think you could go wrong with either.
 
Have you considered a made in canada option.

I'm sorry but we're out of lowers until mid next week, our new lowers are shipping from Stag Arms tomorrow, Thursday, June 25.

As to a list, I'm biased, but I haven't heard of any problems with the various brands of USA made lowers currently being offered in Canada.
 
I've bought 2 Armalite lowers from Wolverine in Virden and am very pleased. Clean lines, nice finish and good mates to the uppers I've installed. Plus, like many of the other dealers here, they offer top notch customer service and fast shipping. No complaints about my lowers or Wolverine.
