Just want to share an experience that I recently had with Marstar Canada, 5 months ago I purchased a PA 5X Prism scope and never got a chance to use it or unbox it for that matter due to a sickness in the family. During that time I had purchased one other PA scope from them and was interested in another, just never got around to making the purchase due to the help in the recovery of the family member.

The new year comes around and I decide to purchase the scope, but I want to return the 5X prism back to Marstar and put the difference towards the scope. I read there return policy and it states 30 days, so I write to Marstar and put forth my proposal to see how they feel to the return of the 5X prism and the purchase of the other. After a day I get a response stating that Marstar would accept on the grounds that the scope is in showroom condition and is not used and that I would need to pay the shipping costs. I was completely floored with their decision and delighted beyond explanation, I cannot say enough to the fabulous Customer service.

Ever since becoming a customer of Marstar I have had nothing but great exchanges with the team and have been treated with goodwill, honesty, and the willingness to go beyond whenever possible. True professionalism that keeps me coming back.

Thank you Marstar and the entire team for accommodating me in this transaction, I am truly grateful and indebted to you.

And once again without doubt and on cue the band of Merry men will start chiming in with there rederic and childish like behaviour because they still haven't pulled there underwear out of there butt. Grow up and quit living in the past.

Someone people will never accept and buy from Marstar again. Their name will always be tarnished, no matter who owns it. Accept that, like accepting not many like the NFA.

Maybe they enjoy wearing thongs?
 
Keep it up boys just proves my point of the your little band of bum chums on here, that can't get over themselves. Don't forget to use a condom.
 
I made a purchase from them last year under new management and I had a great experience from them as well. I had an issue with a new gun that had a defective part. I emailed them about the issue and they called me within a couple hours of when the email was sent to tell me that a new replacement part has been mailed out and that they emailed me the tracking number. I wouldn't be hesitant on ordering from them again.
 
I too have had a good experience with the new management. I purchased a couple of Pietta 1873 revolvers from the original owners. I had shot them very little, but long after the minimal warranty expired, I found that they both suffered from, among a couple of problems, a manufacturing defect, that few buyers would ever find, caused when poorly cutting the crowns. The NEW Marstar gunsmith agreed to address the legacy issue, dealt with Pietta and he corrected the barrel defects. Thank you Marstar. This scenario cost me $70 in shipping cost that I think Pietta should have covered, but whatever, I just wouldn't recommend Pietta products anymore.

You seem to get butt hurt every time someone doesn't fully and unequivocally agree with your position or comments. You then throw out childish insults at people. I give you 6 months max before you get tossed.
