This stuff is PPU article A213, which is 8x57 IS at ~2427 ft/s. The stuff we usually see from PPU is A022 which is called “8mm Mauser” which is underloaded to ~2181 ft/s

That actually goes for many domestic 7.92x57 ammo nomenclature. “8mm Mauser” or “8x57” is safe to shoot in both .311 and .323 bores. This stuff is the most common. Ammo marked “8x57 IS” (Infanterie spitz-geschoss) is the good stuff for modern .323 bores.
Someone messed up the ballistics info. 2400 ft/s is still a bit slow for 8x57 IS (S&B or RWS are running closer to 2600) the Serb made stuff, even the military M49 and M75 ball was always a bit on the slow side at an average of 2500.
