BHP Hammer Following Slide to 1/2 Cocked

Out of 50 rounds today, 3 times the hammer followed the slide to 1/2 cocked. #### the hammer, take the shot, and off to the races again.
The empties were ejected and new rounds chambered, but the hammer ends up at half cocked

Any suggestions as to what might cause that? None of my other autos do it.

Loads too light?

Could be a worn edge on the sear, or a weak sear spring.

First think i would try is washing it outwith brake cleaner. A tiny bit of brass shaving in the hammer notch can do this.

Ran a box of Wolf ammo though it today. Not one hiccup. Must be my reloads?
