Bianchi holsters,in calgary???

I don't know your motivation to get one, BUT there are some much better ones for the price.

I got a Bianchi holster first, because thats what the CF issues, but they are undoubtably crap. I still have mine, with a thumbstrap installed insted of the flap, but it still nowhere near comfortable or organic to use.

My 2 cents

If you are looking for leather holsters, try the following:

1. 911 Supply for DeSantis
[REMOVE]911supply.ca

2. TSE for High Noon
http://www.highnoonholsters.com/Product_Line/product_line.html

3. P&D carries Bianchi
http://www.p-d-ent.com/pages/accessories.html

4. Wolverine carries SafariLand

5. Wholesale Sports and Russells carry a smathering of some but not much

You have a lot of options besides Bianchi. Since you are in AB, I would check them out and see what fits and feels the best for your needs.

I had a Bianchi 5B which was I found a bit disappointing, because I did not think about what features I wanted in a holster before I purchased it. On the other hand I also had a Model 111 Cyclone which had many of the features I look for in a holster, and also showed excellent workmanship. If you are in the market for a holster, you must really ask yourself - "What is it for?" before laying down your dollars. The next thing you need to consider is you build - for example - if you have thick arms and chest you might not be able to reach your gun-butt from a shoulder holster, whereas a cross draw may work just fine. Like most equipment, learning which holster style meets your requirements is on a learning curve.
