So a friend from the lake told us about a dog competition at the Edmonton Sportsman Show this weekend and just for fun we decided to enter. The promotion is called Dock Dogs. There are 3 events that your dog came compete in. We were in the big air which is the human version of the long jump. Well our guy Baxter, won the longest jump of the week 19ft 10 inches for all the first timers and the amateur catagory.
I guess there is going to be an outdoor event in Red Deer this summer. FS
 
Not bad. I saw the big air event at the Toronto Sportsmens show today. The top dog won this year and last year at about 23 feet. I swear he could get close to 26-27 feet if he didn't take off so early.
