Just got one as well. These are very nice rifles. Mine's a Mk111 and had been sporterized in England. It bears PLY markings on the barrel ring that are staked out but legible, and CRB markings on the left side of the receiver. 24" barrel and still has the top wood and rear sight intact.
I really like this gun and it has excellent proportions. Looks the way it should have to begin with. Obviously not a candidate for restoration, but a damn fine shooter all the same. Now looking for something with an intact barrel suitable for restoration.
