Big Difference?

Is there a big big difference, between a 1 in 9" twist, to a 1 in 12" twist, for shooting at say 200-500 yards accuracy wise?

IMHO, there will be no difference if you choose a correct weight of a bullet for the twist.......havier bullet will not be affected by wind as much as a lighter one....
pleae correct me if I`m something is wrong ))
