Yes, I'm new here, and have just received my PAL for both R and NR. Thanks and kudos to the Burlington RR Club, it's Director(s) and and the local trainer. I have fired several types of firearms here and abroad although still consider myself a beginner having never owned (and cleaned) my own gear.
