Last week I placed an order for a couple of mags, on a whim, I emailed asking if they had a couple of Ruger Gunsite Scout rifle mags in stock,
within a few minutes, my email was answered and shortly there afterwards, I added them to my order.

Great guys to deal with A+!

But I do have one question, for the Ruger mags that I ordered, the are 10 rounders, but they were pinned to 5 rounds.
The factory mag I got with the rifle was not pinned, and a AI mag that I bought and does work in the rifle wasn't pinned as well.

To import the mags did you have to pin them? and Since there mags are designed for use in the Ruger Gunsite Scout rifle the pins should be safe to remove?
 
Good question. I'm surprised they're pinned also. Our past orders were not pinned. We certainly didn't request that they be pinned. To my knowledge these magazines are designed for a Bolt action rifle. I think our US exporter probably just made a mistake. We'll be certain that this doesn't happen again.

I won't lie, when I say, it was a satisfying feeling being able to knock those pins out and load them up to their proper 10rnd capacity.

I just wish all CGN'ers can feel the same satisfaction I did.
