Hedgehog came by my place and lent me his brain for a few hours yesterday. I have had two Lee 1000s mounted for a while now. One in 9mm and one in .45. I have messed around and taken them apart a couple of times. I read a couple of the popular reloading books but never really got comfortable. I know many people hate the priming system but once you get the feel of it and know what causes the issues it's not a problem. I learned why one of my .45s wouldn't go into full battery with some reloads. Even though the OAL was "textbook" once I shortened it a bit no more issues. I always thought it was the crimp. I am really slow as I probably have a little OCD. I check and double check everything. I probably only pumped out about 200 rounds in two hours but they are a thing of beauty!
