About 15 years ago, I had a set of old WW2 Canadian binos repaired here in Calgary, at a fellow's home business in the old Inglewood area near the Petrocan truck stop.

Of course when I could use his service again, I can't find him.

Does anyone here have any contact info for this unnamed dude?

And just to add, I have spoken with Phil at Trace. He's unavailable for a couple of months yet.

If there the same as the British issue no2 bino there pretty easy to fix. They were still issued in the late 1990s and broke less than the no12 that replaced them and were a lot easier to fix. most optical repair places should be able to fix them and there are ways to fix them without test equipment most optical repair places should be able to fix them if they don't require parts good luck as I believe all the threads were BA (British association) a obsolete thread type.

I don't need the Canadian binos repaired. I have another pair of a different brand that need to have the lenses aligned.

I am just asking if anyone knows the name or contact information for the guy I used here in Calgary.
