I see these for sale on E-Bay, German Army, appears they have upgraded to a newer model. These are 8X30 weight is 670gms.
Has anyone received a pair, I'm wondering how good they are for the price, which runs 125-300 depending on condition. I have a pair on the way, so of course I will ask after the purchase???

I have a set of NVA 7x30 that I bought back after foolishly selling them a couple of years ago. Clarity and one time focus for each ocular are excellent. View compares very closely with my Swarovski binoculars. Once focused are clear from edge to edge from closeup to infinity.Mine has the battery pack that lights up the ranging stadia, and also has the filters for the eye pieces. They are a little weighty but with the rubber armour will take all the abuse the average user can dish out.
Funny part on getting these back was the note I included inside the battery pack was still in it.
