Binos for around $600

Im tired of my POS bushnell's and have been looking for something with quality (10x42) that won't fog everytime I peer through them.
There's so many to choose from and am looking for some advice on the best bang for your buck for around $600 MAX.
Ive looked at:

-Minox
-Vortex
-Zeiss

I really like the looks of both the Minox and Vortex razors but appearence should'nt be the deciding factor.
