I have very little experience with bipods so as the title says I'm looking for any recommendations for a bipod for an AR platform (preferably something that can attach to the rail underneath the hand guard).
Do you guys recommend a stand alone bipod or the ones that are inside a vertical grip and pop out?
What are some of the better brands?
Do you recommend it be height adjustable?
Any productive guidance would be much appreciated.
