bipod stud for accessory rail

What is that to fit into? I'm trying to adapt something similar myself. On a Lakefield target rifle the rail measures as 1/2" across. Is 3/8 for a Anschutz?
 
I'm told european rails are 3/8", and NA rails are 1/2". I guess I'd better check mine to be sure... Aparently Harris makes the one in the link in both sizes- now I just need to find someone who has one in stock.
