ok take 2 partridge pr duck breasts cut the meat into strips. Batter them in flour, cut up however much onion you like i like at least 2. now throw your butter in the frying pan,cook your bird till done take it out. put it on a seperate plate now throw your onions in and fry em up till there soft. then pour some water in then your bird. Then let it simmer for a bout 5 minutes and then make some toast butter ir up and put your bird and onions and gravy on the toast and it's really good and the only way i cook wild bird i do it with chicken also
