Just got back from a quick trip to Calgary to do my first duck / Hun hunt!
As for ducks, a bit late in the season, a lot of the ponds were iced over, but we had a great time and enjoyed fantastic hospitality from our Albertan friends! I had forgotten how beautiful it is through Banff etc, breaking out of the mountains to the prairies! I also think you guys in AB have it all figured out as to attitudes towards guns, gun owners, hunting, etc. Good for you guys!

I forgot to take the camera out later on the Partridge hunt, but suffice to say we got a few (those things are quick!), and had a great time out. We had three dogs working, and they were great to hunt with.
