Evening everyone, after some searching it seems this stuff is quite hard to find.

Is there anyone in canada who carries bismuth shot ?

Im looking to use it to hunt geese and ducks with my brown bess. I have heard its ungodly expensive.

LOL yeah its big bucks, IF you can find it. My dad used to make it himself about 25 years ago, nothing better in my eyes. I have looked for a source for years but have never found one. If you do please share:)
 
Will Bilozir in Alberta carries bismuth shot. I think the going rate is about $180/3kg (6.6lbs).

I'd love to use bismuth but for a week long hunting trip it would be quite a bit too expensive. I'd rather load steel at 1600fps than pay $1.50/shell. Plus I use a 10ga so the shells would really suck up a lot of the shot.
