There's no sticky for this because some of the mods think it'll lead to a thorough and definitive list of things to prohibit or ban for the anits. Other mods have encouraged the idea. Basically I think the topic is at a stalemate and nothing happens unless a newbie asks for information.

Here's an idea, why not just look up the firearms that ARE either restricted or prohibited. If it's not on there, well.......

Just a note, the PE-90 is also know as the Classic Green, Black Special, Blue Star, Red Devil etc...manufactured by Swiss Arms/SIG
