Black bear hunting in Bob Creek Park, AB

Any of you ever hunted black bear in the south end of Bob Creek Park AB? If so, are the spring hunts better than the fall hunting? What kind of population do they support down there?

I've never been on a black bear hunt but I do hunt that area on occasion and have been thinking about a black bear hunt down there. Just wondering if I'm wasting my time or not. Also looking for tips and pointers!

Would not recommend the area for black bear hunting in the spring. Cannot comment on the fall.
