Just curious if anyone has any insight on whether this is still coming out? it was a siberian chambered in 308.

not sure if it can be released still
 
I want to say the new Prohib definition from C21 goes into effect on or around January 15, 2024 (30 days after the bill received royal ascent). Assuming that is the case, if they can get it to market in the next week and a half we're good, otherwise no dice.

Is it? I haven't seen anything that spells out what the bar is set at. It's seems reasonable that being issued an FRT COULD be enough but unless I see it in writing I'm not going to speculate one way or the other. I don't try to apply logic to any of this stuff, waste of time...
