As is it ONLY works reliably with short bullets such as CCI Mini-Mag ammo.
It will not work with CCI standard velocity or any other long bullets.

There is a simple solution to make it work with ALL .22 ammo.

The top piece is a 10-22 adapter (it fits in the mag well). Its channel for cartridges is not long enough for the longer ammo and the cartridges stick in the channel preventing feeding.

Fortunately the adapter is split and held together with allen screws. Take it apart and the two edges that come together to form the center of the front of the mag channel can easily be scraped gently and smoothly with the edge of an x-acto knife, thus making the center front of the channel larger for the longer bullets. The rounds are kept in the channel by a groove at the rear for the rims.:)

A little extra spring tension (adjustable) helps.

FINALLY! A reliable .22 drum mag. A very nice product.

Steel-lipped, right?

Nope - resin re-inforced plastic.

Methinks intentional, to easily file for adjustment (or maybe just to keep the cost down).

Once the round makes it to the top it feeds well - so far.
The angle of mag fit into the mag well is good.

It would have neen real nice if it had the 4 feeding angle adjustment screws ala the Tacticalinc metal mags, but I guess we cant have everything -
