According to both the data on the back of the plate and the NIJ website, these are level 3 plates NOT 3+. There is a difference and your advertising should not mislead customers, particularly when it comes to life saving products.

Level3+ is a manufacturer term.

NIJ 3+ does not exist.

All 3+ tells you is that it has been independently tested on certain rounds that are not tested by NIJ Level 3.
