Just a reminder to all that Nanaimo Fish and Game Club is host to it's annual rendezvous this coming long weekend. Trout pond is stocked for the kids to catch breakfast and camping open Thursday to Monday . Try any discipline from Hawk to Mini-cannon. Hope to see you there.

what is the maximum bore size for cannon shoot? and what type of projectile are we allowed to use?

Greetings- It basically is a table cannon-sub 1" bore. Our target is a 45 gal Drum at about 20 yds to start. Progressively moved further out to weed out the less accurate players. Last target at about 50 yds is the barrel laid down with the end as target. Projectiles for this shoot are usually lead round ball but no real restrictions exist. We usually get 10 to 12 competitors. Some come for this event only as it's a real hoot.
