Blanks - Any interest?

I am in the process of having some brass dummy cartridges machined.

I was thinking of having some machined through the accept a 209 primer, so they could be used as a reloadable blank.

Various calibres - Any interest?

Well the thing that always turned me off of those blanks was the ammo cost.
If we could get ammo that could be reloaded at a nice price I think many would not mind it.

It'd make me want to pickup one of those guns.

I am speaking above of regular guns, not blank guns.

I really can't see why anyone would pay for or want them. A big noise but no result (like some people I used to know, all talk no action )

Maybe if you have some movie-makers or trainers' interested.

I don't think its very legal to use a real firearm with blanks for movies... besides at the range.

I don't think its very legal to use a real firearm with blanks for movies... besides at the range.

Many real guns are used in movies, with a "hollywood" blank firing adapter.

i made some up years a go for my 45-70 worked real nice. I also stuck in glue stick bullets (no powder) and used it for in door targets man that’s fun!

Im sure all those guys that bought golf ball launchers for thier ARs will scoop up all the .223 blanks,myself included.

Some .223/5.56 blanks would be nice for the guys with the 1/2"-28 golf ball launchers. I don't know if just a 209 primer would give it enough "oomph", though.
