Bloop Tube?

That appears to be a pseudo-suppressor. Typically , bloop tubes are longer and when attached to the barrel appear to just extend the barrel with the same profile. They are found on many target rifles and target air rifles.
They provide an extended sight radius without affecting the original barrel configuration and are the current state-of-the-art for modern smallbore and air competition rifles from the major makers of that equipment.

The pseudo or fake suppressor is that only. Cosmetic and nothing more !!

Oh okay, its just at the bottom it says this is a savage mako with a lijla 10/22 barrel and a bloop tube. In that case where can you get fake supressors for a savage bull barrel? It's simply an aesthetics thing lol. Also helps make the gun look a little more proportional on a rimfire when you have a fairly big scope.
