Here is a picture of 9mm casing with the Primer missing after shooting. The casing's were actually stuck in the barrel and I had to use my cleaning rod to jam them out. There was even some aluminum missing from the rim where the extracer pulled. They didn't squib on me, and it didn't feel like excessive pressure, but what the hell do I know. 2 of 3 bullets did this. They are CCI Aluminum cased 9mm Luger rounds.
