Looking at getting a Browning lever action in 300mag

how is the accuracy?
do they kick like a mule?
do they jam?
looking for any good or bad points

The couple I've had were pretty accurate, certainly enough for general big game hunting.
In a 300 win it will kick, they are light guns
Never had a feeding/extract/eject malfuntion with mine.
Nice guns, really do not like having to cleaning from the muzzle, tough to clean the inside of the action mech as well as they do not come apart easily
Recommend the takedown model to aid in cleaning.
Much prefer these guns in the short action model.
They carry very nice and are well made.

My wife has one in 308 and it is accurate and stable, the long actions do not seem to balance well so I'd look at a 300WSM and yes there will be some stiff recoil.
