These things are an abomination. John Moses would be humiliated if he were to see his name on one. Earlier ones with splined pins driven into the receiver were bad; new ones with the screw retained pins and two piece lever are worse.
Brownells Gunsmith Kinks has a submission from CGN member "guntech". I'll look it up.
Found it. Gunsmith Kinks III, pages 306-307. Start with unloaded rifle assembled except for the cocking gear pin. Hammer down, lever closed. Push the bolt body fully forward. Keep the lever from closing all the way with a .098 pin - forend band pin works. Get the cocking gear lined up, insert its pin.
