Boars in Ontario?

I saw one tearing apart the corner of a field just out side Smith Falls last November, about 100 yards away I watched him for 5 minutes before he got nervous and took off.

There were a few near Picton from Game Farm that closed 15 years ago but have't heard of any sightings in a while.

Looks like bacon is back on the menu he he

The price of supermarket pork is expected rise dramatically over the next 3-5 years as China (the biggest consumer of pork) had a pig virus and they’re expected to pay top dollar now. It is the bacon apocalypse!

So, wild boar would be a good alternative.

Rise more than it already has? God dammit
