As always in our partnership with Boberg Arms, we are proud to bring this pistol into the country, especially with the extensive cooperation and commitment to the Canadian market brought to the table by the entire Boberg Arms staff! We were excited to hear that these would be coming to Canada so quickly.

These are the XR9-S with 4.2" Canadian barrels, making them restricted here in Canada. These are in stock right now and can be ordered only on WanstallsOnline!

Cheers,

I shot that gun. It is more accurate than I would have thought. It does seem to be picky about ammo. The pistol that I should seemed to get at least one stoppage per mag with factory ammo. Could be that once you find what it really likes to eat that you are good. Not sure I would buy one myself as I can't carry it concealed anywhere, but these are nice guns.

These models we just received are the S Models (Short) with the Canadian Barrels. The L model (long) has the 4.2" slide with 4.2" barrel....We may be looking at getting these threaded in the future or can be done after the fact.

There was some talk that Arnes himself figured that with the rotating barrel would require a left-hand thread, or the barrel device would fall off. However, the left hand thread might need a "wrench groove" in the barrel and the device to get it off, as every round fired would 'snap' the device on tighter like hitting it with a dead blow wrench. Have you gotten a solution for the problem of the rotating barrel "locking" a barrel device's left-hand fine thread on tighter than Wendy Cukier's mind?

Not trying to be a "buzz-kill" as much as very intrigued at a solution to the inherant issue.

wow.....the general mood in this thread is: "ha! u suck for bringing in new and different stuff and spending time and energy working with manufacturers to make Canadian compliant versions of product for our relatively small market!"

It is not for me, but thanks Wanstalls for expanding our options in Canada.
