Where do you use it?
I bought it for shooting on crown land. So much easier than bringing a folding table like I used to, and its real nice for new shooters and kids. Also crown land is never flat/level around me, so finding a spot to put a table where its not trying to fall over can often be a pain. The tripod can be set up virtually anywhere you'd want to shoot from.

I also use it at the range, because if I have it I might as well use it sometimes. It was in the truck this last hunting season, I didn't pull it out but I'm sure it'll get used one of these years for that too.

I use it all the time at home too. I don't have a workbench in my current place so I use it to hold guns while I clean them or work on them and I've used it to mount and bore sight scopes too.

I bought one of these a few years back and I honestly don’t care for it I don’t like how it clamps the rifle
It’s ok for a tactical type rifle or one with a plastic stock but I wouldn’t want to clamp a wood stocked rifle in it even though it claims it will not mar the rifle stock surface
This is imo of course
