Bogey's handgun in Casablanca

Everytime I watch Casablanca I try to figure out what pistol Rick uses to kill the Nazi BG.

Is it a 1903 or 1905 in .32 or .380 or is it a full size 1911?

Someone here must know!

BTW they were both point shooting.

Its like anything, once you get more familiar with them, the more they *don't* look alike.

Its too bad I am a second class citizen, because if I could, I would own every darned 1903/1908 I could get my grubby little hands on.

They sure do have nice lines. I'd be tempted by one in .380. .32 acp just doesn't turn my crank.

It looks like my Tokarov

They look identical (except for the Tokarev's external hammer) but the Colt is much smaller. That's probably why Hollywood liked them for carry guns.
