bolt action .22 in the $100-$150 range

Spoke to my young man tonight and he seems to be falling for a lever action !! So I have decided to sell some of my own guns to get him a Browning Micro Midas .22. Worst scenario if my guns dont sell I will look at the Henry's or something helse Nice. I want him to remember this x-mas gift for his whole life !!!

You guys are really special, and I will never forget you generosity and kindness !!!

If you have friends looking for a Backpaker Norinco JW15a or a good old Winchester model 37A 12 ga, please refer them to the rimfire and shotgun EE section. I have some there. The norinco is brand new unfired !

I think the Crickett is pretty small....
Tradex has a few Schultz & Larson rifles left... would need some cleaning up, but these are very accurate target rifles.

I believe I have sold both my guns So I might be OK to go for a Browning BL22 Micro Midas. i have sent a message to Reliable guns in Vancouver for a quotation. If anyone know some place closer to Ottawa who have some in stock please let me know as It as to be here by December 19 .

Any help to locate one near ottawa would be appreciated ! I could even pick it up !

The FS 522 is a great rifle,(I bought one)but maybe a bit on the heavy side for a new shooter unless its bench rest target shooting. The older mossbergs are a good choice,good triggers and accurate and often go in the $150 range.

The Crickett can be had with adult LOP stocks as well as the pint sized one. With the short barrel it might make for a decent backpacker...

This has been one great thread, kudos to the generous folks!

Its not a bolt action, but a brand new Browning BL-22 Micro Midas as been ordered this morning. Shall receive it next week.

Once more A HUGE THANK YOU to the generous donators who contributed ! Myself and my Family do appreciate and will never forget your kind move ! will post a picture of the rifle here as soon it arrives, and at x-mas a picture of my son with the rifle will be sent via PM to the donators.
