Whats out there for a bolt action box fed magazine hunting rifles with iron sights? The only 2 that can come to mind is a Jungle Carbine. And a Ruger gunsite scout?

Is there other realistic options with realistic prices?

Yes, the Tikka does have open sights. Tikka Battue comes standard with high viz sights and you can special order open sights.

I think lebaron had a Tikka Hunter in 30-06 special deal with open sights and sling.

I like CZ, so I'll suggest the CZ 557 Ranger and the CZ 527 FS which have both irons and DBMs. SAKO might produce Canadian Ranger Rifles for civilian sale. XS and NECG produce iron sights that are usually superior to factory equipped sights, so a lack of factory irons shouldn't be a show stopper. Remington 700s can be upgraded with after market DBMs and iron sights that are superior to that offered by the factory. The Howa Alpine is available with a DBM, but irons must be after market.

Didn't know that many options. I'm not looking for pretty. I'm looking for a newer truck/bush gun. With the age and price of enfield carbines. So pretty I would feel bad with. Has to be iron sites cable of average NS deer shots. 75-200 yards.

Irons are easy to put on; I've had it done to all the rifles I've bought without them.

Best factory non reciever sight irons on the market imo belong to the tikka battue. The fiber optic "line" makes it nearly impossible to not be looking down the sights when you put it on your shoulder. The above picture does not do it justice; they are truly amazing. I would like to order a few sets to put on other rifles if they weren't so damn expensive/hard to obtain.

Most iron's (looking at you buckhorns) are capable of this and more; the onus is on you.

Edit:

If you go for the Tikka; Skinner Sights makes a great reciever sight I feel the need to plug because it is not on his sight. Andy from skinner uses his on a .338 fed and I have mine on a .338 wm. I used a battue front sight; but Andy produces one that will work as well.

I should provide more details. Looking for a short barrel guide gun style in the smaller center fire cals. However due to NS laws. Must be larger then .223
