Bolt body with bent handle - mosin

A couple of weeks back someone put up a posting of a business in the US where you can buy a bolt body for a Mosin. Does anyone know where I can buy one in the US or Canada?

Any other leads?

Anyone offering a bent bolt cut/weld service in Canada? There's a bunch of US providers but they appear to be increasingly wary of receiving bolts from/sending bolts to Canada.
