bolt catching casing on way out?

Hey guys!

Just got back from the range, zeroing in my m14s for this years hunt =)

I put around 200 rounds through her and she ate them beautifully except for three incidents.

Three times the bolt would either "catch" the spent casing on its way out, and it would get stuck there.

Whats causing this problem?

Check to see if your gas cylinder plug is loose Other than that, normal break in stuff.

Just did actually, and it was loose!

No worries, as you can imagine, if it's loose, a little gas will escape and can cause short cycling. Happy shooting.

Haha, I've had half a dozen of these things or more, and it still gets me from time to time...
